Rules and Regulations
1. The following are strictly prohibited inside Marigold Kimberly Pavilion:
a. Using of party poppers
b. Bringing of the following items:
d. Attaching of ceiling drops
e. Washing of dishes before and after the event.
2. The DJ or operator of the sound system will only accept CD or laptop. Flash drive is not allowed.
3. The catering services will be given 2 hours preparation time prior to the event.
4. After the event, the catering services will only be given 2 hours to clean and vacate the vicinity. Any extension to the given time will result to an additional charge of Php 500. It will be deducted from the cash bond paid by the client.
- 250 pcs Chairs (w/o seat cover) and 25 pcs round tables (w/o table cloth), presidential buffet, cake, and gift table.
- Free checkered table cloth only.
- Parking area that can accommodate 17 cars.
Terms and Conditions
- Changing the date of reservation is not allowed.
- Reservation fee amounting to 50% of the venue price must be deposited upon reservation. In case of cancellation, reservation fee is non-refundable.
- Full payment must be made three (3) weeks before the occasion. In case of cancellation, full payment is non-refundable.
- Cash bond of PhP 2,000 is required. This will be used cover the cost in case there is lost or damaged property. If the cost of property is lesser than the cash bond, any excess will be refunded but if the cost is greater than the cash bond, the customer will shoulder the remaining amount. Cash bond is only refundable starting the next day.
- Check payment is not accepted.
- Marigold Kimberly Pavilion is not liable for any lost and damaged valuables.
- Airconditioned Pavilion is good for four (4) hours only. If the event started later than the reserved time, the reserved time shall prevail. (Aircondition will be turned on 30 minutes prior the event)
- In case of extension, an additional payment of PhP 3,500 per hour is required. Customer should advise an hour before the end of the initial reserved time if they will extend.
- Extension of time is only allowed until 1:00 AM. The pavilion should be vacated by then.
- The volume of the Mobile System or P.A. System will be toned down by 10:00 PM as well as the cutting-off of videoke.
- There is a corkage fee for the following items: (corkage fee is in a per item basis)
